Start with a conversation, not a generic intake form.
The experience frames the assessment around what the person actually wants from fitness and why now matters.
SYSTEMS · OPERATIONS · EXECUTION
I turn messy processes, scattered tools, and half-finished ideas into systems that actually work.
SELECTED PROJECT · 01
COHARA Blueprint · Fitness client assessment + sales intelligence
I turned a fitness sales concept into a client-facing assessment and a staff-side intelligence tool. The same answers create a more relevant experience for the lead and better context for the person speaking with them.
The experience frames the assessment around what the person actually wants from fitness and why now matters.
The questions were designed around believable barriers, preferences, fears, and motivations instead of “very / somewhat / not at all.”
The client gets a personalized result. Staff get lead context, likely barriers, coaching preferences, and a clearer starting point for the sales conversation.
The interesting part wasn’t building a quiz. It was turning the same set of answers into two useful experiences: one for the client and one for the business.
SELECTED PROJECT · 02
TRVFIT Clermont · Fitness studio
The Summer Shred campaign needed more than a landing page. I built the customer-facing pieces to carry the same offer, message, and visual identity from promotion through conversion.
What I handled: campaign structure · landing page · copy · HTML email · implementation
Offer, positioning, program details, and conversion path.
The same campaign story carried into the inbox.
SELECTED PROJECT · 03
Tantra Love Coach · Coaching / digital lead generation
I rebuilt and completed an interactive archetype quiz, connected the lead flow, handled the result delivery, and worked through the technical issues that were getting in the way of launch.
SELECTED PROJECT · 04
Love Angles Films · Wedding film company
I created a campaign page that gave event traffic a clear destination and a more intentional path from interest to inquiry, instead of relying on scattered follow-up alone.
CASE STUDIES
Here’s what I saw, what I changed, and why.
What looked like a narrow outreach role quickly exposed broader operational gaps: unclear CRM data, inconsistent lead visibility, missing follow-up structure, underused email, and recurring work that needed clearer systems behind it.
ONE PROBLEM I FIXED
That made broader outreach risky. So I created a cleaner source of truth and built the workflow around it.
WHAT THAT EXPANDED INTO
Cleaned and segmented member/lead data, built sales-stage visibility, created lead tracking, and improved follow-up processes.
Introduced more deliberate email marketing, improved SMS outreach practices, created landing pages and HTML emails, and supported campaigns across locations.
Built trackers and follow-up systems around trials and passes so signups didn’t quietly disappear after entering the funnel.
Introduced SOPs and repeatable workflows so recurring work didn’t depend on someone remembering what happened last time.
Worked across the existing stack, adapting the tools to the real business process instead of forcing a new platform for every problem.
WHAT CHANGED
I mapped the real client journey first, found where execution could slip, then built the operating layer around it so another person could run the process without guessing.
WHAT CHANGED
I translated a business-diagnostic concept into a working assessment, result experience, sales intelligence layer, lead capture flow, deployment, and CRM handoff.
Landing page → Assessment → Result
Evidence → Diagnosis → Recommendation
Lead record → Sales intelligence → Next action
Frontend → Worker → D1 → GoHighLevel

ABOUT
I’m not the kind of person who just completes the task in front of me. I like to understand how the business works, what matters most, and how the pieces fit together.
Problem-solving has always been one of my strongest skills. If a process is inefficient, a system is messy, or there’s a better way to get something done, I’ll find it.
I care about time, money, and resources, both mine and my clients’. I don’t believe in adding tools or complexity just for the sake of it. I’d rather build the simplest system that actually works.
That’s why I can usually step into unfamiliar software, understand how it works, and figure out how to use it for the business.
If there’s a smarter way to make something work, I’ll find it.
